GSM/GPRS/3G Automation concept with Controllers and PC
Klinkmann’s wireless automation concept allows easy implementation of standard GSM/GPRS/3G mobile network services into automation and monitoring use. The concept starts from single alarm sending unit (TCbox) with price less than 300EUR and it widens up to covering system with thousands of monitoring objects and integration into existing IT-systems.

Monitoring units and PLC controllers with GSM/GPRS/3G
TCbox I/O-monitoring unit
TCbox – basic SMS monitoring and programming TCbox is a complete switching unit in ready-to-install enclosure also for field applications. TCbox can monitor 10 digital inputs and outputs and 2 analog input. The basic model is a 3 input unit which can connect any switching output like alarms, control relays etc.
TCbox is easy to configure by sending configuring SMS to it with mobile phone and/or PC running Klinkmann SMS-software. The monitoring of TCboxes can be done also with mobile phones and/or a PC with GSM-modem.
Klinkmann supplies of TCbox also special models with heater (outdoor use), special connectors to connect directly with customers devices etc.
GSM-Controller – SMS monitoring with PLC
GSM-Controller M90 is a standard PLC controller with covering IEC-1131 programming. GSM-Controller has integrated text display and keypad for local monitoring and settings.
The basic unit has 10 digital inputs, 6 digital outputs and 1 analog input – with expansion units the controller can expand up to 60 inputs/outputs. GSM-Controller has ready commands for SMS traffic and it interfaces mobile network with GSM-modem (included into delivery package).
GSM-Controller can be remotely reprogrammed over GSM-Data connection and the PC-programming software and -cable are included into the delivery package.

GPRS-Controller – GPRS realtime automation with PLC
GPRS-Controller V120 is a standard PLC controller with extended IEC-1131 programming. GPRS-Controller has integrated graphic display and keypad for local monitoring and settings.
The basic unit has 10 digital inputs, 6 digital outputs and 1 analog input – with expansion units the controller can expand up to 160 inputs/outputs. GPRS-Controller interfaces with GPRS-modem, running a Klinkmann´s embedded software, the GPRS-network for realtime monitoring.
A PC running Klinkmann’s GPRS-server software can interface the GPRS-Controllers via operators’ GPRS-network access points.

PC software for interfacing and monitoring with GSM/GPRS/3G
GSM-Control, SMS-software
GSM-Control software in PC’s configures, monitors and manage any SMS-traffic to wireless controllers and/or mobile phones.
The software interfaces the PC with a GSM-modem into mobile network and it transfers SMS-traffic over open OPC/DDE/SuiteLink links to other IT-applications like Excel, HMI-software, ERP etc.
