The AVEVA™ InTouch HMI 2023 course is a 4-day, instructor-led class that explains how to create and configure a Stand-alone InTouch application using Industrial Graphics. The course provides a fundamental understanding of the basic principles of InTouch HMI visualization software and the steps necessary to develop a Human Machine Interface system for a plant floor or facility.
You will be guided through setup, layout, best practice concepts, features, and functions of the InTouch HMI software platform. Hands-on labs reinforce concepts and features.

- A brief introduction to Klinkmann, Wonderware, and InTouch
- Creating new InTouch projects using Application Manager and ArchestrA IDE
- Familiarization with WindowMaker, tag database, and I/O connections
- Visualization using Situational Awareness libraries
- Industrial Graphics
- Alarms and history
- Scripts in InTouch and Industrial Graphics
- Security
- Maintenance procedures for InTouch

Software Requirements
The training is conducted using a prebuilt Skytap cloud environment accessible via a web browser.
For the presentations, we will use Zoom.
