Bauroc – AVEVA Edge HMI/SCADA and data-driven production of construction materials for over 10 years
Bauroc uses the AVEVA Edge platform in its production processes. It has modern factories in three countries.
Bauroc is the largest manufacturer of autoclaved aerated concrete products in Northern Europe. It has modern factories in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Products are exported to Finland, other Nordic countries, as well as Germany, Poland, and Switzerland.
Bauroc utilizes the AVEVA Edge HMI/Scada platform in its factories. Sergej Cereuho, from Bauroc's Latvian factory, has been using AVEVA products since 2008. Cereuho carried out his first AVEVA project in Bauroc, formerly known as AEROC, in 2016, and usage expanded further in the following years. The application was utilized, for example, in autoclaved aerated concrete production processes.
AVEVA has significantly streamlined the monitoring, data collection and storage, control of the factories and production at Bauroc. Integrating AVEVA Edge with different automation and control systems is effortless.
Currently, two major projects are in the development phase at Bauroc's Lithuania factory and are planned to be completed by the end of the year.

Bauroc's autoclaved aerated concrete factories have an annual capacity of 670,000 m3, equivalent to about 8,500 units of external wall blocks for stone houses. High-quality raw materials and modern technology ensure that the products of Bauroc factories are at the forefront in terms of technical characteristics.
